Iowa Court of Appeals to Hold Oral Arguments at Kirkwood

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (March 26, 2018)-Kirkwood Community College’s main campus will be the host site for the oral arguments of a case being heard by the Iowa Court of Appeals this Friday, March 30, beginning at 2 p.m. The event is open to students as well as the general public.

Students and other attendees will have a chance to see a real case in the appeals stage of the legal process without having to travel to Des Moines.

The case being heard is Seeberger v. Davenport Civil Rights Commission. More information about the case can be found here.
