“I’m honored to be The Hotel’s Pastry Chef,” Marsh said. “I was drawn to Kirkwood because of its outstanding reputation, and most importantly, I was compelled to work for Kirkwood after my interview. Their dedication and passion for Kirkwood and the Hospitality/Culinary industry is truly impressive.”

“We are very pleased to welcome someone of Ms. Marsh’s caliber to The Hotel,” said Lee Belfield, general manager of The Hotel at Kirkwood Center. “Her education and past experience will definitely bring our pastries and wedding cakes to the next level for our customers and our students.”
