Unique Working Adults Program Focus of Networking Event

Cedar Rapids, Iowa (April 28, 2015)-Kirkwood Community College, in partnership with Mount Mercy University, will host the Adult Accelerated PM Connect, Tuesday, May 5, 4 – 6 p.m., at Kirkwood’s Linn County Regional Center, 1770 Boyson Road, Hiawatha.

Prospective students, human resource officials, program alums, and Kirkwood and Mount Mercy University faculty and staff are all encouraged to attend this one-of-a-kind after work networking event.

“Kirkwood and Mount Mercy have long shared a unique partnership in providing accelerated education for working adults,” said Kirkwood’s President Mick Starcevich, one of the evening’s keynote speakers. “The intent of this networking event is to connect those who know the program best, alums and faculty, with those who are interested in knowing more.”

Guests will learn more about Kirkwood and Mount Mercy’s accelerated education programs, learn about education options for employers and employees, and reconnect with former classmates.
