What is your background?: I grew up in Ames and graduated from Gilbert High School in 2022. My family includes my mom and dad, an older brother, and a yellow lab named Griffin.
What brought you to Kirkwood and why?: I chose Kirkwood because of the smaller class sizes and outstanding Hospitality Program and real life experience at the Kirkwood Hotel.
What is your program of study and what interests you about it?: My program of study is Hospitality Management and I chose it because I love to serve others.
Are you involved in anything else on campus? If so, what and why?: I am a member of the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA) through the Hospitality program.
Are you involved in anything off of campus?: I continued to work at Chick-fil-A.
What do you do for fun?: In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, skiing, biking, and putting together puzzles.
Where do you see yourself in five years?: In five years, I am hoping to be a successful manager of a department at a resort.
